Brigitte Tabaroki
licensed Marriage & Family Therapist #143384
Brigitte’s lively spirit, encouragement, compassion, and creativity leads clients to express their authentic selves in the therapy room.
Brigitte believes that people deserve a space to speak freely, feel listened to, learn, and grow. She strives to create a positive therapeutic relationship in a safe and comfortable environment. Through her work, Brigitte hopes to help clients identify past and/or present experiences that may be limiting their growth and potential.
Brigitte spends her free time in nature — walks on the beach, picnics in the park, hikes, and viewing the sunset — with friends and family. She admires and deeply appreciates music, and is passionate about listening to all genres of music. She also loves learning about the relationship between nutrition and mental health; she understands the importance of the brain-gut connection and is always eager to discover healthy foods and recipes.
